We offer our clients 3 different Recruiting Plans. While Contingent Searches are the most common, many of our clients have chosen our Engagement Fee search plan as it includes many additional benefits. We also offer Retained Searches.
Recruiting Plans – Contingent Search
Our Contingent Search Recruiting Plan is for an open search. This is the most common and one for which you will only pay a fee should we provide you with your candidate of choice. We prefer you to outsource the selection process to us on an exclusive basis, although it’s not a requirement. We recruit and refer pre-qualified candidates to you for your consideration.
Our Process Includes:
- We consult with you and/or your hiring team to learn as much as we can about the position and your company in order to accomplish the best match.
- We evaluate your job requirements
- We customize our recruiting plan to achieve your goals
- We communicate your job opening within the Search Alliance team and immediately have 14 professional recruiters working on your job order
- We recruit, screen, qualify and refer qualified candidates to you
- We provide detailed information regarding the candidates background experience and education
- We provide you with a Comprehensive Candidate Summary
- We debrief candidates and provide you feedback after the interview
- We advise you in negotiating an offer, and in the candidate’s transition to your company
- At your request, we will conduct reference checks on your behalf
- We document our process with a written report
- We offer a 90 day replacement guarantee*
Fee is computed as 30% of realistic first-year compensation. Payment is due when your new employee begins work, but only if you hire one of our referrals. Approved expenses are additional.
Recruiting Plans – Contained Search
This plan is one we recommend for higher-level positions, more urgent situations, and/or for a sensitive case in which confidentiality is paramount. You outsource the selection process to us on an exclusive basis. We recruit and refer a roster of candidates to you.
Our Process Includes:
- Everything in the Contingent Search Recruiting Plan above, plus the following:
- Comprehensive Leadership Assessments
- Leadership and Management Style Profiles
- Conflict Mode Assessments
How this Differs from our Contingency Search Recruiting Plan:
- By Containing the Search, it provides a much higher degree commitment on both parties to focus on filling the position with best candidates in the shortest amount of time.
- We highly recommend that you outsource the recruitment process to us on an exclusive basis.
- We offer a 6 Month Replacement Guarantee*
Fee is computed as 25% of realistic first-year compensation. An initial payment of one-third of the fee is due upon assignment of the search with the remainder due when your new employee begins work, but only if you hire one of our referrals. Approved expenses are additional.
Recruiting Plans – Retained Search
Our top priority. This plan is for an urgent situation, or for a sensitive case in which confidentiality is paramount.
Our Process Includes:
- Everything listed in the Contingent Search and Contained Search Recruiting Plans
- We give your Retained Search our top priority.
How this Differs from our Contained Search Recruiting Plans:
- You outsource the recruitment process to us on an exclusive basis.
- We recruit and refer a roster of pre-qualified candidates to you within 30 days, and repeat up to 3 months if necessary.
Fee is computed as 30% of realistic first-year compensation. Initial payment of one-third at the assignment of the search, then a progress payment of one-third when we refer our first roster of finalists, and the remainder when your new employee begins work. Approved expenses, such as advertising and travel, are additional.
